Our philosophy is to continuously improve in order to protect our plantations’ natural environment, to ensure respect of human rights and to improve rural livelihood in the regions where we operate. This continuous improvement is supported by innovative and transformative practices that create value for all, our local employees in the field, our smallholders and the communities.

Therefore, we have formalized a sustainability strategy with ambitious commitments and developed a code called “responsible management policy”.

This responsible management policy was developed by engaging various internal and external stakeholders and aims to define a line of conduct and specific actions, implementing our strategy and our sustainability commitments.
