The Management of Salala Rubber Corporation (SRC) has banned all political-related activities on the premises of the company, situated in Margibi County Electroral District #5.  The Company’s decision comes in the wake of the upcoming presidential and legislative elections scheduled for October 10, 2017.

Until the recent pronouncement, there have been political rallies and programs held in its various camps but surprisingly, for the ensuring elections, management has issued strict mandate, immediately stopping all political activities on its premises.

The president of the Salala Agricultural Workers Union (SAWUL) also confirmed the information, has endorsed the decision.
